Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I was going to have the arrangement delivered to my friend's home on Saturday but decided at the last minute to bring it myself on Friday. The young man who was going to make the arrangement and deliver it on Saturday dropped what he was doing and said he will make the arrangement on spot. He gave me a chair to sit down and allowed me to watch him meticulously select and place each stem of multiple flowers into a beautiful low sitting bowl. I enjoyed a wonderful conversation with him as he created the most artistic flower arrangement I have ever seen. He carried out to my car and placed it on the seat in a box to secure it & gave watering instruction required by the type of flowers he use. It was perfect and I was totally amazed and happy. I have already told a few friends about the experience.

Jimmi did an awesome job on the arrangement. He is truly an expert at his craft. Stephanie can’t stop looking at the arrangement. She loves it. From here on out, I will only buy flowers from Jimmi. Thank you!

Our friend loved receiving a beautiful bouquet of mostly roses. Jimmi was so gracious in delivering it promptly despite compromising road condition. How thoughtful! The process of ordering the flowers was smooth. Jimmi is a great listener and very friendly. Thank you
